Our immigration services are Partner led and we aim to provide certainty on fees from the outset. Whenever possible we work on a fixed fee basis.

Examples of our fees and estimates for advice and representation relating to typical immigration issues are set out below but please give us a call to speak to a member of our team about your particular circumstances as these will determine the actual fees that apply.

Examples of Estimated Fees

For applications including Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and the various points based tier applications our starting fees range from £800 - £3000 all excluding VAT depending on the type of application and complexity. Please call us so we can take some preliminary information from you before providing an estimate of the likely fees.

For visa extensions and renewals from inside the UK, switching visa categories from inside the UK, visitor and ancestor visa, plus entry clearance applications for UK visas from outside the UK our starting fees range from £1200 - £3000 all excluding VAT depending on the type of application and complexity.

For applications under European Union law our starting fees range from £800 - £1500 all excluding VAT depending on the type of application and complexity:

• Applications for permanent residence as an EEA National start at £1200.00
• Applications for an EEA family permit as a family member of an EEA National start at
  £1500.00
• Applications for a Residence Card as a family member of an EEA National start at £1200.00
• Applications to retain a right of residence as a family member of an EEA National after divorce or death of an EEA National start at £1200.00
• Applications for a Derivative Residence Card as a primary carer start at £1200.00
• Applications for a Residence Card as an extended family member of an EEA National start at £1200.00
• Applications for a Registration Certificate as an EEA National start at £800.00

For British Citizenship and settlement applications our starting fees range from £1200 - £1500 all excluding VAT depending on the type of application and complexity.

For immigration Appeals and Administrative Reviews our starting fees range from £600 - £2000 all excluding VAT depending on the type of application and complexity.

Please note that for appeals to the Court of Appeal our starting fees range from £2500 excluding VAT. Appeals relating to asylum start at £1500 excluding VAT and those relating to deportation start at £1800 excluding VAT.

Applications for Judicial Review (“JR”) involve the following stages of work and estimated fees all excluding VAT:

• Preparation of Pre-action protocol for JR against the Home Office £600.00
• Application on paper to Upper Tribunal for Permission to Apply for JR £1500.00
• Renewal of an application for Permission to Apply for JR against the Home Office £1000.00
• JR against the Home Office UKVI following grant of Permission to Apply for JR £2500.00
• Application for an emergency injunction to stop removal from the UK £1000.00

Passport and Travel Document applications start at £500 excluding VAT
