David is Head of the Debt Recovery Department at St. John Legal. He is also an experienced commercial litigator having worked in the fields of Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery for over 25 years. David acts for a variety of clients from SME’s to large multi-nationals and has a loyal following that trusts him implicitly.

With his vast experience, David has developed a sound knowledge of the changing face of litigation, is tactically astute, a robust negotiator and is very well placed to offer clients authoritative advice on how to navigate their claims successfully and cost-effectively.

As a Senior Litigation Manager, David also offers advice and assistance to clients on high value and complex business to business commercial disputes.
